So far you've seen what a VA is, and you've seen how they work. At this point you might want to have a go at it yourself. The boost.ai platform allows anyone to build their own VA, but it's a big project to take on and requires careful planning and training new resources. Luckily, boost.ai has delivered a lot of VA projects and we're happy to share our expertise.
So let's look at your first 3-4 months of running your own VA project, where you plan, build and launch the VA. The timeline in the image below is only a rough outline, and every project is different, but it shows the general steps that every project tends to go through.
